Our Programs

Throughout the year, we host exciting Makeathon Events that are open to both the TOM community and individuals beyond our network. These fast-paced, hands-on events bring together designers, creators, and innovators for a collaborative series of making and problem-solving. The high-energy atmosphere fosters meaningful connections and leaves a lasting impact on both Need-Knowers and Makers.

By integrating human-centered design and the TOM: Melbourne process into university curricula, students work side-by-side with Need-Knowers to develop impactful solutions. This hands-on experience not only sparks creativity but also promotes collaboration, connection, and innovation with real-world challenges.

Building on the success of Makeathon Events and TOM @ University. Our goal is to accelerate Product Development by refining functional prototypes and turning them into fully manufactured products. This process ensures that the solutions we create are not only effective but also scalable and sustainable.

TOM @ Schools engages students in disability awareness, inclusive design, and design thinking while developing STEM skills through hands-on problem-solving and creative collaboration. Unfortunately, this program is suspended, and we are not taking bookings at this time.
